You know, in all this time, I never even thought it was a water tower. Now I’ll have to go get a closer gander with a longer lens and see if I can figure it out. I mean, if it’s not a water tower I have no idea what else it would be. But one can see a ladder going up to it so…..
I guess I just always assumed that it was decorative.

It must be, right? But I don’t get it. Water towers are up high because you’re using the elevation of the building to supply pressure. Why would that tower be elevated more and look so skinny? Makes me wonder.
