Mmmmm….Chicken Tika….
This was just the first bit of a case of limes that had to be juiced.
Afraid my wrist was shot even before this.
Near twenty years in this biz and well, I guess that’s the piece of my anatomy that got sacrificed. Oh yeah, and my back. And my feet.
Been aching something fierce the last few days, though this pic is from this past summer.
We now have a lovely leverage juicer that makes things MUCH easier.
I sliced my little finger here? I got lemon juice in this one? I took off the tip of my index finger? I sliced a ligament? I know..I know it goes on and on don’t it 😉
Kinda like “One time at band camp…” only it’s “I knew this guy at this one restaurant I worked at who…[insert horribly stupid/careless limb-maiming act here]”
Oh and yeah, That’s all happened to me, plus some.
Tip of one thumb.
Meat slicer down to the bone on one finger.
Lost all finger-prints on one hand from a searing-hot skillet.

Oh I feel for you, I sliced 2 limes yesterday for my Chicken Tika I made – they are so yum – elevate and ice my friend 🙂
