Mundus vult decipi
Even where there is no current
there is convection.
Even in a fountain gone to
scum, the damsel dies
but the frog thrives.
So relevant and uplifting. I hope you put a date stamp on this poem if you publish it. Thank you for the much needed change in perspective.
Hmm, actually stole this out of a reply to a comment from mark on another page of this here blog-o-mine so I know the moment I wrote it….a rarity.
Thank you–that’s the first time the word “publish” has been used in the same sentence with one of my poems….;-)
